Philip Alcock
Real Risk Solutions was established by Phil Alcock in 2026 following a successful career working across a wide-variety of industry sectors over the past 30 years.
Phil brings senior Strategic Risk and Business Resilience experience from Deloitte, Control Risks and Turner & Townsend, with published thinking and award-recognised work now applied with passion and pragmatism for SMEs.
Throughout his career, Phil has advised clients, large and small, on some of their most complex challenges, whether it be from handling crisis situations, delivering major capital projects or developing new market opportunities.
Phil has a particular focus on delivering dynamic and impactful risk solutions, avoiding complex and bureaucratic management systems.
Away from work you will find Phil spending time with his family, travelling when possible and walking his beloved Leonberger dog.
